overnight & CIT SESSIONS

Overnight and CIT registration begins at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday of each camp session. Campers are responsible for their own transportation to and from camp. Counselors will be on hand to help guide campers and parents to cabins, as well as to assist in the carrying and unloading of any camp materials. Our camp store will also be open for camp registration, so we encourage you to check it out and load up on MCC materials before camp starts!
There are no visiting hours during the camp week and telephone use by campers is strongly discouraged. Parents wishing to contact a camper may contact the camp office at 860-873-2294 and speak with the Camp Director.
DEPARTURE
Before the camp session ends, we invite the camper’s family to attend our closing ceremony on Friday at 6:30 p.m. Parents receive little tastes of the camp week at Candlelight Ceremony through campers’ skits and songs. Candlelight Ceremony is followed by checkout, which begins at around 8pm.
Day Camp
daily Arrival
The day camp program occurs from Monday-Friday, beginning between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. each morning. From there, day campers assume the residential camper schedule and are able to enjoy all camp programs and events.
daily departure
Pick up for the day camp program is between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m., where the camp reserves the right to apply late charges for campers picked up after 6:00 p.m.
