Over the past two summers, Cookie has taught business English in Stratford-upon-Avon, which is best known for being Shakespeare’s birthplace. She currently works at North East Scotland College as a lecturer and teaches ESOL students and students with learning disabilities, which she finds both rewarding and challenging.
